Qualitas

Never know where to start with these.  First I have a real passion for learning new things, and second I want to share everything I learn with anyone else I can.  I'm a rabid reader there are days when I'll finish one book and start on another.  Ever since the Internet came along I spend at least an hour day on it learning new things. 

As a military brat I grew up moving around and experiencing a lot of different cultures.  I believe this has led me to try and succeed in a lot of different professions.  So far I've worked in the swimming pool industry, IT, computer training, blackjack player, poker player, auditor, ran an accounting firm, domainer, blogger, writer, and web site builder.  In the course of that time I owned my own small business for 4 years providing network certification training and network consulting.  For those of you wondering that is where I got my name from.

A year ago I decided to try something different and write a business plan for my life, I know it's dorky.  Well I did and realized that what makes me happy and what I want to do with my life is pretty simple: 

"To impact people's lives by leveragining the internet to share what I've learned, my experiences by leveraging the internet"

Yes, I am continually tweaking it.  But that basically covers what I want to do.  I love to learn, I enjoy training, I love the power of the internet so it all combines together.  I hope you enjoy my hubs and check out my blog at www.mwlucas.com.
